Where to start.... First of all, this guy is nearly impossible to get ahold of. I tried repeatedly, over the course of 6 weeks using a wide array of methods (calls to two separate voicemail accounts, email, messages with his secretary, two text messages sent on my behalf BY his secretary), to no avail. I finally get to talk to the guy on the day of my trial, 5 minutes before I go before the judge... I call him on his nonsense, and he lies TO MY FACE (you were out of town, huh?
