horrible horrible horrible! unprofessional stylist and owner. Tries to bribe clients when they are unsatisfied with services they received so the company dosnt look bad. The application and processes these stylist use makes me think they don't even have a license or at least shouldn't have one! the owner should be ashamed.

I was at the Rochester salon on Thursday night for pedi with Julie and it was amazing. Nice relaxing pedi. Julie is awesome and my toes look wonderful. My first time there and the salon is super clean and they are taking all the covid precautions to keep everyone safe. This will be my go to place for my nail appts. Thanks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw Mitch the PA for Botox and Juvaderm today. He is very professional and I felt comfortable that my face was in good hands. He took his time explaining things and was honest with me about what I didn't need done. I'm still a bit swollen but I can already see results. The receptionists that I dealt with were very friendly and professional.
My first time there and it was last minute for a haircut and highlights. Heather was amazing!!! I absolutely love my hair!! Thank you Heather!!
We absolutely love our hair every time we come in for a service with our hair stylist Heather Kokenos Lifshay. She is an expert with blonde hair, my hair has been consistently healthy for the past 10+ years. I highly recommend her.
