I came to Andrew to help with an a eviction that I was going through. Iam the Tennant. Andrew's office was a mess , unorganized and in a building in which he is in the tiniest of rooms. I had to remind him constantly about the case, who I was , and resend my emails to him. I never received nor signed any contract with him and it took a week for me to get something in writing to state i.paid him. Be careful with hiring Attorney Cagen. He gives false promises and does not follow through with promises. He forgot what our motion was in Superior Court. It appears our motion is wrong in Superior Court. Mr. Cagen did nothing stopping a neighbor that enjoyed wondering in my private backyard to stare at me and my 11 year old son.
