Be careful with hiring Attorney Cagen. He gives false promises and does not follow through with promises. He forgot what our motion was in Superior Court. It appears our motion is wrong in Superior Court. Mr. Cagen did nothing stopping a neighbor that enjoyed wondering in my private backyard to stare at me and my 11 year old son.
