Incredibly thankful for the advice from Andrew Lavoott Bluestone. To say he went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time is an understatement. Thankful for his ethics, kindness, and integrity, which is truly rare these days.
I called Mr. Bluestone in an attempt to retain him for a legal malpractice case. I was disappointed in the fact that Mr. Bluestone refused to take my case. The reason that I am giving him a five-star review is because he still picked up my call, and patiently explained to me why my case just wouldn’t be worth it for him. If Mr. Bluestone has such patience with someone that he KNOWS isn’t going to be a client of his, I can only imagine how much attention he would give to a client that he represents. Thank you.
It was my misfortune to hire Bluestone, who once he had the money in hand failed to delve into the issues and counter the false claims of a deceitful Trial attorney. A 4th Dept. Justice was not impressed with his oral argument where Mr. Bluestone was clearly remiss of the facts. Yet over the year, I recall he could only offer one word responses via computer.
