Great place
I'm temporarily residing in Greeneville, where there are no national banks. I stopped by today to get a cashier's check with cash. They won't provide general banking services to people unless you have an account with them. It's cash. I want a check. I will pay for a check. Ridiculous.
My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed using Andrew Johnson Bank since moving to Greeneville area in 2024. The staff was pleasant to deal with when establishing an account and made the process seamless. Caleb Julian did a phenomenal job with a recent loan we acquired from AJB. He was very communicative, transparent, and professional. I am glad we chose this institution to bank with.
I've came to this bank for 9 years and I will never go anywhere else!! I have a special relationship with everyone on the bypass banch, and they are such wonderful ladies and gentleman.
