Always very friendly. They make it a point to know you when you walk in the door.
The lack of communication and lack of efficiency we have had dealing with this bank is crazy! They strung us along for 5 months and got us past a deadline we had. We thought working with a smaller bank, it would be more personable and customer service based, but I was wrong with this branch!
