The bank here is seemingly as wonderful as my hometown bank in a small Virginia town. After two bank trials here locally, I'm set.
i’ve been banking with you all for almost 15 years now and have not had a single issue but it’s honestly absolutely ridiculous that in the year 2025 you all don’t have a change counter. I should not have to go to a competing bank and pay an interest fee because I haven’t hand rolled my money when you all have to inspect those rolls anyways. it almost makes me want to close my accounts with you guys because my grandmother often just gives me bags of change and I don’t wanna have to pay a 10% interest fee every time.
I would highly recommend anyone in the Johnson City to come and see Sheri the branch manager at the Mount castle branch for any and af your banking needs. Her willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. Thank you so much Sheri for all you help!
