We’re new to the area and recently opened an account at Andrew Johnson Bank. Lori helped us through the process, and she was absolutely amazing, so personal, kind, and genuinely friendly. She made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. To top it off, they even welcomed our dog inside, which says a lot about how warm and accommodating this branch is. We’re so glad we chose this bank!

I lost one card then had 2 cards get used when I dint authorize the purchase so I had to pay for a new card like it my fault their security sucks
