I’m no art expert, but some of his work reminds me of Van Gogh, but in a way that is absolutely not trying to imitate Van Gogh. Breathtaking.
Completely bored with the usual Carmel/PG/Monterey, over intellectualized, en-plein-air contingent; I happened upon pieces by this artist at the Youth Art Collective on Calle Principal in Monterey.
