We are long time customers and could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of care that we get here. Everyone that we've worked with has been competent and friendly and I would recommend this business to anyone.
Poor customer service, no one will return a phone call or email.
So rude to their clients. Laughing at them, mocking them. It was unbelievable.
I got charged a $2500 penalty due to a mistake this company made which they would not own up to, I will be contacting a tax attorney to hold them accountable for there mistake, this is the 3rd year I’ve had mistakes on my tax returns that needed to be fixed
