Don’t fall for the cheap online leagal name change commercial. So many things are involved beyond the paper work. The court, getting on the docket, the fees. What Court Fees? Oh they don’t tell you that online. Name change requires multiple filings and the proper signatures. All that doesn’t happen without proper legal help. We attempted it with no results.
