Mr. Weaver was very helpful when I received a speeding ticket on my way home from a vacation. Being from another state, I was extremely grateful for the information and guidance Mr. Weaver gave me. I did not have to return to the area for the court date. Mr. Weaver took care of everything and always stayed in touch with me to keep me up to date on how things were going, what I needed to do, and detailed instructions as needed. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

Virginia is a speed trap if you go over the speed limit your are getting arested . Please Do not count on this over price lawyer to help you. You have a better shoot of defending yourself than him. Even the DA will help u better than him. If you want to loose ur license contract this lawyer, if you want to pay over price fines contract this lawyer, if you want to do jail time over speeding ticket contract this lawyer, if you want anything awful contract this Lawyer. Worst excuse of Lawyer ive ever seen.
I am Andrew Weaver, the attorney. I am writing this because I do not know the person who left the derogatory comment about me, and I have never represented a person by the name or Justin Scurlock, either in a traffic matter or other. I do not relish turning down business, or clients, but there are times when a person comes across as so difficult and bellicose that I feel I must decline my services. This may have been the case with the individual leaving the prior negative comment.
Called the attorney with a simple case to get dismissed. The lawyer halfway listened to the facts. He didn't offer any assurance and hung the phone up on me. One of the worst experiences I've had with an attorney who wants to collect money for his services. I would strongly recommend a different attorney in Emporia.
