Horrible Customer Service !! Parcel never left their depot and they blamed everything on UPS. When asked to provide a screenshot of their tracking device they declined saying they are not allowed. When asked to re-send it they said they don't re-send abroad. The most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard!! This people just can't be bothered. I made a purchase online, directly from their website over a month ago. It has been well over a month of me trying to contact customer service over every possible way: No answers from phone, no responses to any of my multiple requests over the WhatsApp listed on their website, 3 e-mail messages with an automatic response informing me that they will be answered in 24 hours, all of which have remained unanswered for weeks. These people refused to refund me because the name in the order does not match my legal name for the check. Despite the fact they already received merchandise. Discriminatory against transgender people. Currently going through name change which is none of their business as i followed their guidelines for returns. Sad to realized even a company towards the gay comunity is discriminatory against the community.
I have asked Andrew Christian to remove me from their monthly subscription, and they do not pay attention to that. Not only that, I keep getting charged on my credit card for 1) their underwear 2) shipping. I was told that I will not be charged for shipping and handling ever. Also, the hold when I call them is extremely long and it does not tie up with what is being done to my account (they promise to remove me from the subscription).
