Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the complex and confusing Medicaid and Medicare submission process. He assisted us to get our parents on programs to assist them as they entered a long term nursing care facility. He was prompt to reply to our requests and met with us personally several times. All in all a great experince during a very trying time for our family.
