Always train your staff to be polite and friendly. This morning at the store I approached a staff member who was busy packing the shelves, and I tried to get his attention, ‘Excuse me. . . Excuse me. . .’ He mustn’t of heard which is a bit strange. Not welcoming store when the heating isn’t switched on . Apparently the heating isn’t working since last year. Need to repair or I won’t be coming to the store.
