Kirk was awesome. He has assisted us a few times and has been wonderful. Everytime I have visited the office the front staff is so kind and welcoming.
My parents bought a house and used them. Paperwork was lost. My mother had stopped in to speak to the lawyer she was paying several times and got told he was busy. Then my father called and was helped almost immediately. The level of professionalism was disappointing.
