Andrea has been providing me with somatic experiencing sessions, and it's been very effective in a short amount of time. I was able to, after only 3 sessions, go to a sold-out concert venue without crippling anxiety taking over. I enjoyed the show without worry for the first time ever. This is something only months prior I thought would never be possible. Sessions with Andrea have changed my life. Andrea is professional, caring, fun, and extremely effective. I highly recommend her.

I contacted Andrea after I tore my hamstring. Imagine pain so great you can't walk without a cane or sleep without prescription pain meds. Andrea asked for the results of my MRI so she could pinpoint the exact locations that needed attention. After my first visit, I no longer needed prescription pain meds. Andrea was professional from start to finish. She has extensive knowledge of the body. And skills that reflect that knowledge.I came in with back pain that wouldn’t let me stand up straight and after an hour of her working on my body I was able to stand up and my pain was gone. It was quite remarkable. Her space is soothing and welcoming. I have recommended her before and will continue to do so.
