We attempted to use this service two years in a row and both times they authorized direct payment when instructed not too , then would not take responsibility , this year was the final straw I called after almost a 2k unauthorized deduction was taken and Jesus back peddled and stated its not his fault when he filed my return I will never used this tax company again , sadly I gave the benefit of the doubt a second time , stay away !!! Should have been zero stars

Horrible experience there today.. The lady there in the back office had an attitude and didn’t even try to help us resolve our matter. Never going back!
