Amazing service, took kind of long but they were so thorough and made sure they did everything right. I also learned a lot of about taxes. The service was great and I will definitely be returning.
We attempted to use this service two years in a row and both times they authorized direct payment when instructed not too , then would not take responsibility , this year was the final straw I called after almost a 2k unauthorized deduction was taken and Jesus back peddled and stated its not his fault when he filed my return I will never used this tax company again , sadly I gave the benefit of the doubt a second time , stay away !!! Should have been zero stars
