This was my first time in consulting with a pelvic health physiotherapist. I learned so much from my meeting with Andrea Picket about the importance of healthy pelvic organs; which also included a physical assesment and exercises to do at home. I had a total hysterectomy 10 months ago and wanted to learn more about taking care of my pelvic floor. I'm happy that I met with Andrea and look forward to my first treatment in two weeks! Love the clean and calm atmosphere!
All recommendations Anrea offered were similar to ones i had been given by other professionals. Andrea was great and explained clearly what was going on with my pelvis and what the therapy was designed to do. Initial treatment provided relief and left me hopeful that, long term, I can get relief from my symptoms.
Andrea was prepared and approachable. She invited conversation. I felt comfortable describing personal information and was pleased after the first appointment to have a simple doable plan of action.
