I saw Andrea several years ago to help with my autoimmune disease and IBS. She has changed my life. My IBS has been controlled since seeing her (basically cured). My blood sugar and food cravings have been more in control. I am more aware of what food affects my autoimmune disease, pain, and energy levels. I so enjoyed working with Andrea and getting to know her a little bit! She has a lot of knowledge about celiac‘s disease, and she really helped me feel comfortable and confident as I transitioned to a gluten-free lifestyle after a recent celiac‘s diagnosis. Andrea is a compassionate, patient and dedicated nutrition professional. In the course of a few months, she helped me get control of my newly-diagnosed gluten allergy (complete with many, many symptoms) and regain a feeling of health and well-being. Since then, she's helped me continually push the envelope, recommending steps to increase my health and further improve my diet. She really spends the 1:1 time learning about your goals and concerns and then developing a plan designed around you. I couldn't recommend Andrea more!
