Our journey with Andrea Klaus Whole Body Fitness saw a huge transformation for us. My wife and I are middle-aged chronically fit endurance athletes who have been logging the miles for decades. Our high carb, low protein diet was underpinned with no strength training at all. It left us wanting. What a change 2 months can make!! Joining Andrea’s 8 week program was easily one of the best things I have ever done for myself! The classes were fun, challenging and confidence building. I love the workouts, all groups allows correction of technique. The gyms are very clean and well equipped. I love the scan that shows your muscle 💪 vs fat. The coaches are super motivating and help you work within your range. Everyone is different. Thanks to Sammy and Jay. Different available times to fit erratic schedule.
