The Friends of Hakalau Forest NWR were thrilled to collaborate with Andrea Holmes to create an outstanding mural of the endangered ʻAkiapōlāʻau on the exterior wall of the Science & Technology Building at the University of Hawaii at Hilo on Hawaiʻi Island, as part of her “Wings Across the World” mural project.
