So I went on ClassPass booked my appointment a few days in advance. I got there and nothing. I would have love to support a black owned business but this was extremely unprofessional, how do you not show up to the appointment or not even call. There’s was even a young lady asked what I was there for and she said she would call her and nothing I called and went straight to voicemail. Just really disappointed. DONT COME HERE!
