Awful experience. I had to consistently reach out to David to ask about next steps and what else is needed for my case. He finally got back in touch with me and simply acted as if he had no clue what he was doing. He said umm about about a 100 times and was just confused. I had to ask him what he was confused about and what the problem was. He didn't want to take my case afterwards.
David was very professional and personable. He really knows his stuff and is quick to answer any questions in detail. I highly recommend.
