I believe the full time staff here really do care about the residents and do the best they can. Unfortunately, the corporations that own this community behind the scenes make it difficult to leave a good review. Hopefully things have improved, but there isn’t a consistent executive director to communicate with and no transportation provided despite the bus parked outside. So if you move a loved one here, be prepared to do a lot of work coordinating transport and advocating for care if a lot of support is needed

The staff is always attentive and friendly and genuinely care about the residents here. Our family is very grateful that they are there for Dad.

While the staff seems pleasant my mother’s medication continues to be up to 2 hours late on numerous occasions causing her unnecessary pain and frustration. I have reported this to management on many occasions and still not resolved.
