The bank employee, or the service person who unjams the ATM has an extra 600 dollars. UPDATE- Although they have replied to this review, they have only passed us along, not returned calls, ect. NOW we have to make a claim on the debit card...which says it's the banks issue. Very dated ATM, We are still trying to resolve where 600 dollar went...the bank says "no idea", but the money was NOT withdrawn and the ATM placarded as "out of order" shortly thereafter. I will only use Andover Bank to cash my paychecks from now on.
They r very nice people been banking their for a long time someone tryed using my bank account and they new it was not me and they did not let it go through.
We gave had andover bank for a few years now they are great everytime I walk in there they know me by name it's a great bank we wont ever leave
