The ATM here is the only 1 that I know of in town that does not charge a fee to withdraw money from my PayPal card.
I have no problem with the Conneaut location. My problem is the terrible online banking that I'm sure is a corporate thing. I have to call and set up a new password and it will work for a month or two then all the sudden it will say there is a problem with my login and try again and when I do it locks me out and I have to call and jump through hoops again to get a new password that only last a few log ins and go through it all again. Stay away! Nothing but issues with this bank. Delayed deposits, the mobile app constantly has issues. I was hacked and took them 2 months to resolve the issue and get my money back due to them not doing there part. Just way behind the industry in technology. They Evan gave me a hard time trying to add my wife to my account and she still isn't because of the hassle! Stay away let a bad company close down!
