Been a customer for over 20 years and every year it gets worse. I sent them my taxes at end of February and didn’t hear from them for a month. When I asked they said they need my approval. Which was never stated anywhere in any correspondence. I said fine it’s approved. Meanwhile they were eager to bill me two weeks prior to that. To which I made a payment right away. Disorganized, take many weeks to complete taxes and submit them after the tax deadline, at times with errors. Some staff members are impolite. Regret having used their services.
I've always appreciated the excellent service and thorough explanations that I get from this group. They really go above and beyond to help me understand my options. They are especially helpful with corporate tax returns
