I recently purchased vacant land in the Sudbury area and worked with Andie Martin from TMC Group for my mortgage. She was absolutely incredible — super responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Andie found me rates I honestly didn’t think I’d qualify for and made everything stress-free from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers results, I can’t recommend her enough.
Andie is AMAZING! We recently went to her to to purchase our new home and she helped every step of the way. She walked us through everything and was so helpful. If I could give her 100000 stars I would! I Highly recommend Andie.
Avoid Andie at all costs!!! This process was both unnecessarily stressful and more costly than anticipated. After the pre-approval process, our experience was awful. Despite her assertions, her level of expertise is extremely limited. It is also concerning that she does not prioritize your best interests. She redirects conversations with unrelated points in an attempt to convince you that her approach is the most suitable.
