An easy stress free process. Debbie has excellent product knowledge and knows what suits the windows and doors. Curtains and blinds are excellent quality and look great. Excellent handyman also who did the fitting. Thanks Andersons very much.
Stunning fabrics and friendly ladies, however we had several issues. Nobody turned up for set time for measure and quote. I rang and was told thank goodness as they had lost my number. The quote was handwritten and difficult to understand, which meant that I did not read it well enough to pick up the errors. I was asked for a 50% deposit, although the later paperwork asked for one third. I was told they would take about three weeks, four with the Easter holidays. They took 2 months.
