Terrible experience! I was connected with a Stephen Last via Legal Shield. He requested of me to send him documents pertaining to my case. I had to drive to a courthouse an hour away to obtain these documents and then upload them for him to review. I work all the time so that was not easy to do. But I did, and he basically told me that I have a “mess” and that he can’t help me. But for $500 he’ll refer me to someone that that $500 will go toward but will cost me much more. They got all the facts wrong, sent a demand letter with these incorrect statements/facts and I haven't heard a peep from them since they sent that monstrosity of a "demand" letter 3 months ago now. If you like no service and attorneys who don't pay attention to detail, this is the firm for you! I have a decent case for auto fraud/deceptive practices after buying the worst used car I've ever bought in my life.
