I booked an Anderson travel bus in the UK and really had an excellent experience. The drivers were always EARLY and we felt extremely safe on both our 3-hour trips from Manchester to London. Well done!
Contacted Fran to book a trip to Italy. Airfare quote was the same price I could book directly with Delta. Air price increased while we were planning even though when I asked if we should book soon, Fran said not to rush. She quoted me $3685 for a tour with Ciao Italy which I agreed to book. All of a sudden, it was like buying a car and the price jumped to $5,452. The only explanation being Fran doesn't know what happened; and $3685 was a misquote. I ended up booking the trip myself.
