The worst tax preparer, run far far away... they said I had a balance remaining, when we had paid Steven Kang’s partner Mr. Gandhi. If Mr. Gandhi did not pay you, that is not our fault. Because of the outstanding balance he made up, he refused to release my tax returns unless I paid twice! Steven did not even want to see the evidence we had that we paid Mr. Gandhi, he just assumed he was correct and held our tax returns for this. At best what he did was immoral, and at worst, illegal.
The worst ever, I have filed twice with them and had the worst experience ever. I am not sure if all tax services are the same but please don’t use them. Very unprofessional and bad. The ordeal I have been through with them cannot be explained.
