A very expensive mistake. There was no professionalism or expertise. All of that for $176. Unfortunately it took almost 4 weeks before she had our taxes ready. I've never had to wait that long. There were no red flags no markers they just forgot to call us. I had called them and left a message no return calls.
This tax preparation service is absolutely terrible: expertise is lacking (even tho is supposed to be an Enrolled Agent). Professionalism is also lacking. No response to emails or voicemails. Office only open Tues. and Thurs. Can only contact by direct call initiated by you, as Anderson will not call you back. Made several major mistakes on my tax return. Fail to acknowledge errors. I have filed a complaint with BBB.
