Contacted this company to see if they could take a look at our roof. They came out, took a look & gave us a quote. Had to ring again to find out if they could come out & do the job. Was advised they would be out the next day & gave us a time when they would arrive. Waited the next day & there was no sign of them & didn't even get a courtesy email or text to let me know they could not make it. Unreliable & rubbish communication. Contacted these guys to sort out a water leak from my roof after getting no help from my insurance, they came up same day to quote for the work and carried out the repair the following day. Would recommend 100%, the 3 guys did a great job, even replacing a couple of broken tiles that were on another part of the roof for no extra charge, explaining exactly what was needing done and what they did, and are dog lovers into the bargain!
