I requested a consultation for a whole house Generator from the company in fort Valley Ga.Anderson Power Services. The appointment was set for Jan. 28 2026. The appointment was made at the time agreed to by a person named Mac. Mac did his inspection of the house and explained what we needed for a back up Generator. He said that he would have us a quote for the generator the next day. A week has passed and we have heard nothing from the Company or Mac. Sabrina is the epitomy of exceptional customer service and support. She is very professional and skilled. I've had my Generac for about 5 years. Never had any issues because of the excellent twice a year service plan provided by Anderson Power. 😊
