If we could rate in the negative numbers we definitely would!!! The Receptionist Miranda was very informative and efficient very nice we loved her. The installer Brandon was also very nice and did a great job. When it comes to the CEO and his assistant Chad they are awful and unprofessional I would not recommend nor would we ever do business with them again. Jason provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing as part of our maintenance plan. Very thorough in carrying out his duties!! Highly recommend Jason.
