We own a business and trusted this agency with our tax prep. Unfortunately, the agency made a significant error on our taxes that we are now still dealing with over a year later. We attempted follow up with them for a number of months and was given the run around, no response to our calls or emails requesting assistance and follow up, no assistance to correct their error and we then had to hire an entirely new agency to correct their mistake which has now cost us double in fees, penalties to the IRS as well having to pay add... read more
Roxanne has done our taxes for well over a decade. She is helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, and gets them done in a timely fashion.
