Professional staff. Attentive to patients . Room was comfortable and clean
My dad was a patient at Anderson Mill about 7 years ago and all in all it was not a good experience. My heart sort of dropped knowing this was the only place my mom qualified for. She was admitted yesterday. I think it is important to share this because I went today and had an entirely different experience. No smell, the staff came in often and everyone was so kind. Not just to her, but I noticed to all the residents in eye shot. I am tag teaming with my 3 sisters so I haven't gotten to know the staff, but so far, just wow. ... read more
