Great people and great place for lumber and building materials.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. 1. When I walked in to review a quote for a large order, there were at least 6 men & 1 woman sitting at individual desks & not one came up to the service desk. Instead, they looked at each other- seeing who would draw the short straw to have to help me. 2. The quote for windows & exterior doors was not complete & required several revisions. 3. The framing quote was done twice (once for the bank, once for the actual order). Today, I was requested to pay an additional 41% of said quote(s).... read more
