For starters let me be clear, Jason had no obligation to take my call, but he did. I spent all of the day prior calling and reaching out to attorney offices, 22 to be exact. Each one was unable to help, was able to refer and just sent me to AVVO. AVVO was unhelpful and their information outdated. I was offered a free consult with Jason. I appreciate he took the time to talk to me as I understand it’s a small firm and they’re busy, but during the 5 minute consult, I explained my legal situation and in my opinion Jason was very cold and short with me. I feel he also came off demeaning and made me feel stupid and embarrassed. I was not looking for free legal help, I was looking for clarification and if my case was under the scope of his practice.
