If I could give zero stars I would... The level of incompetence at this company (and the offices they use) defies a natural explanation. Their horrendous service has cost me days of my life throughout my career and I've probably spent a full 24 hr day on hold with them in total. Absolutely astounding that the majority of shipping companies still use them as if they're even remotely competent. Do better.
They are THE WORST company only interested to take your money. Have the worst facility that works for them.. If you ever work for Royal Caribbean please DON'T GO THERE
