Can’t imagine being so careless with other peoples’ careers. Showed up for my medical exam only to find the appt had been canceled because they owed an outstanding balance to the health clinic. No one bothered to contact me. Might cost me a job. Judging from the other reviews there is a pattern.
The level of incompetence in this company, we'll don't use them. Find any other company, will never use again!

If I could give zero stars I would... The level of incompetence at this company (and the offices they use) defies a natural explanation. Their horrendous service has cost me days of my life throughout my career and I've probably spent a full 24 hr day on hold with them in total. Absolutely astounding that the majority of shipping companies still use them as if they're even remotely competent. Do better.
