Friendly staff, didn't experience much of the hospital, but cardiac rehab was great.
Staff is caring and friendly
I met with Taylor yesterday for a hearing evaluation and testing. I was a little apprehensive because I have been having so many issues with my hearing even though I wear hearing aides. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease right away! She made some needed adjustments to the hearing aides and gave me instructions on how to use the app I have on my phone to make adjustments myself!! Only used two times and so far my experiences have been great. One for hearing test and other for dietician. Clean and friendly with both of professionals were well equipped with knowledge and very helpful with my issues.
Worst staff I've ever had to deal with it says right there on their page medicare/medicaid accepted so I drive 50 minutes to get there and they don't take the insurance so i no I didn't stay to rack up a bill for something that should have been told at time appointment was made then the staff wanted to get sassy with me ...when I said it says you take the insurance...
