This firm gave my HOA an assessment that I met the qualifications to be elected to or HOA. I was elected and served for three months before I received a letter from them stating they had made an error and that I did NOT meet the necessary criteria and DEMANDED I immediately return all HOA materials, cease claming to be on Board and so on. Unlike the other reviewes left by employees and associates, as someone who lives in one of the communities represented by this firm I can say matter of factly they pick and choose what legalities to followup on at their convenience. If there's something I need that should be provided by the association it will take months where God forbid my blinds are out of sorts I'll receive several letters and a disrespectful email with many all capital statements in a week's time. I am an association manager and have worked with AGF for the last fifteen years. The quality of their work is superb, they do not charge high fees or try to drag issues out to collect more money. These are honest, ethical men who have your best interest at heart and not their wallets.
