Incredibly disrespectful. Called at the beginning of tax season and didn't give me the time to explain my situation. Answered and told me to go somewhere else. Apparently they can not manage a busy schedule over there. Highly recommend looking at other CPA's. Terrible customer service.
Rudest person I've ever dealt with - if you want a good accountant I'd look somewhere else. These people aren't good at customer service. If you ask questions that they don't want to answer they will cut you off - talk over the top of you and not let you speak before they put the phone down on you.

Very pleasant usually, but on a bad day, they are just plain rude for no reason! – Eleanor and company are nice, but on a bad day, they can be rude for no reason. I advice anyone to avoid this place. I want a place I can always assume will be friendly every day, not just sometimes. They also are extra rude if you ask to many questions.
