No wonder they have to keep changing their name, obviously to loose past customer reviews! A complete shambles from start to finish. Andrew Taylor acted and was a complete disaster, releasing confidential information 'by mistake'. Worse than useless!
Tardy, incompetent and unapologetic – avoid! We used Andersons despite mixed reviews as we had used them for other related matters but we wouldn’t do so again. We had a piece of land to sell in a very straightforward deal. We were in direct contact with the purchaser who had no issues of note regarding the purchase. My dad committed suicide and was trusted by Sam Barr to pass on his final letter to his family. We never received this from him, and ended up having to get a photocopy from the coroner. The police confirmed they gave it back to Barr after the investigation - and despite numerous attempts to make contact, we never had any from Barr at all.
