I want to give a firm warning to anyone considering banking with this branch. Although I am not a customer, I am personally connected to someone who is. I became aware of a situation that left me deeply concerned with how sensitive and personal information was handled at this branch. Very poor communication.
Amazing bank and amazing people. Service is perfect everytime.
I'm giving 1 star because I can't give zero. Unfortunately, this is the only place I can pay my electric bill, and I do have a checking account here. This is the slowest drive thru I've ever been through in my life. They will be at the window and ignore you. I was in line 13 minutes before closing with 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window there were 2 minuteslefts and they refused service. It's ridiculous, and the slow service has happened multiple times.
