Waiting for over an hour for someone to answer the phone is ridiculous. So is the "direct number" being rerouted to the 3rd party telecom service. The same service i had already waited an hour on.
The customer service is excellent. Angel and all the other tellers offer a personal and profession experience. Keep u the good work.
