We are very disappointed with Andersen, because after spending all of this time (4 long meetings over multiple months) explaining what we wanted to do with our money and our goals for the future, EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE happened. We needed to be able to access our money quickly and to keep it safe because we are elderly. So, what did they do? They sold our life savings to E-Trade, which we could have done ourselves, and In 24 days our IRA lost over 7K! There are a number of factually misleading and incorrect statements made here. Without violating Ms *******'s privacy here is our response. Due to circumstances outside of any party's control and entirely relating to the ******* household, the meeting process dragged out. Normally they do not but when you combine a specific situation regarding the *******s and the COVID shutdowns things did go slow. The delays had nothing to do with AWM.
