Never taking bikes here again. Husband and I brought bikes we bought from Facebook marketplace to get tuned up. Spent over $400 total and my husband's tire popped our first ride, two days after picking them up. Silly us, didn't check the tire pressure before riding because we figured we wouldn't have to since it was just tuned up. Came in with a popped intertube. They offered to change it on the spot and was out in 10 minutes with my issue solved. Very reasonable and pleasant
I went to this piticular shop because I live down the block and frequently pass by,so I took in my bicycle to see if they can fix my crank,went back in to check on the progress,without receiving a phone call the shop they informed me that the crank is no good and I will have to pay a 15$ removal fee. After leaving the bicycle in the shop for a replacement crank months pass with me going in to check on bicycle every couple of weeks with no progress on replacing crank when I finally go to the shop to retrieve my bicycle to see... read more
